The 50k is now full and there are only 30 spots left in the 25k!
If you really wanted to run the 50k but missed out you still have 2 options for getting in: either come and volunteer at the trail work party the weekend before the race(saturday jan 29) or bring a volunteer with you to volunteer on race day.

Also Kristen Smith of MVSTA, hung out at the finish and did a great job getting cool photos of folks crossing the line and hanging out. MVSTA who (in addition to being super duper supportiive of all the Rainshadow Running races) puts on a bunch of trail running, mountain biking and ski races in the world famous Methow Valley.

We had 23 out of 98 finishers qualify for boston! some by just a few seconds--very exciting!

Sorry this has taken so long but we finally have our U.S.A.T.F. Certification Number for the Winthrop Marathon: WA10055MN
It might still be a few days until the marathon shows up on the on the USATF website since this only became official yesterday. But if anyone needs additional assurance I can email you the .PDF file of the Certificate of Measurement that I just received from USATF this morning.
